Common use of Energy Resource Interconnection Service Clause in Contracts

Energy Resource Interconnection Service. [X] 4.1.1.1. The Product. Energy Resource Interconnection Service allows Interconnection Customer to connect the Generating Facility to the Transmission System or the Distribution System. When the interconnection is to the Transmission System, Energy Resource Interconnection Service provides the opportunity for the Interconnection Customer to be eligible to deliver the Generating Facility's output using the existing firm or non-firm capacity of the Transmission System on an "as available" basis. To the extent Interconnection Customer wants to receive Energy Resource Interconnection Service, Transmission Provider shall construct and the Interconnection Customer shall pay for the facilities identified in Appendix A (Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades), subject to Sections 5.3.4 and 11.5 of this GIA.
