EU: No national treatment and most favoured treatment obligations with respect to juridical persons of Republic of Moldova controlled1 by natural or juridical persons of a country which accounts for more than 5 % of the EU's oil or natural gas imports2, unless the EU provides comprehensive access to this sector to natural or juridical persons of this country, in the context of an economic integration agreement concluded with that country.
