This information may include personal or confidential information about you, such as account activity or the status of your account. You understand we are not liable for losses or damages from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in Account Alerts or information sent through text banking. If we suffer a loss, cost or expense because you provide an incorrect telephone number, email address or other delivery point, or you violate applicable laws, you have to pay that amount to us.
