ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS, COMPLAINTS. 9.1 Has your company ever been subject to any agency enforcement actions, administrative orders, lawsuits, or consent orders/decrees regarding environmental compliance or health and safety? Yes ( ) No ( ) If so, describe the actions and any continuing obligations imposed as a result of these actions. 9.2 Has your company ever received any request for information, notice of violation or demand letter, complaint, or inquiry regarding environmental compliance or health and safety? Yes ( ) No ( ) 9.3 Has an environmental audit ever been conducted which concerned operations or activities on premises occupied by you? Yes ( ) No ( ) 9.4 If you answered “yes” to any questions in this section, describe the environmental action or complaint and any continuing compliance obligation imposed as a result of the same. By: Name: Title: Date: The Tenant Improvement work (herein “Tenant Improvements”) shall consist of any work required to complete the Premises pursuant to Working Drawings and Specifications approved by both Landlord and Tenant. All of the Tenant Improvement work shall be performed by a contractor engaged by Landlord and selected on the basis of competitive bids submitted by 3 general contractors, which shall consist of Pacific Building Group, Burger Construction and Reno Contracting, Inc.; provided that Landlord shall choose the lowest qualified bidder. The Tenant Improvements shall be undertaken in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth below and shall comply with the American with Disabilities Act. Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain 12 month warranties on any new Tenant Improvements.
