Enforcement and Administration. The provisions of this PI Trust Agreement and the TDP attached hereto shall be enforced by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Plan. The parties hereby further acknowledge and agree that the Bankruptcy Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the settlement of the accounts of the Trustees and over any disputes hereunder not resolved by alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Section 7.13 above.

(collectively referred to as the "Debtors," "Congoleum," or the "Settlors"), the debtors and debtors-in-possession in Case No. 03-51524 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey; the Futures Representative; the Asbestos Claimants Committee ("ACC"); the Plan Trustees and the members of the Trust Advisory Committee ("TAC") identified on the signature page hereof and appointed at Confirmation pursuant to the Eighth Modified Joint Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code of Congoleum Corporation, et al., dated as of March 17, 2006 (the "Plan"), as such Plan may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have their respective meanings as set forth in the Plan, and such definitions are incorporated herein by reference. All capitalized terms not defined herein or defined in the Plan, but defined in the Bankruptcy Code or Bankruptcy Rules, shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules, and such definitions are incorporated herein by reference.
