Lee shall assume responsibility for management of the Consulting Services.
ENGAGEMENT OF FIRM. A. The District hereby agrees to engage Firm and Firm hereby agrees to perform the professional services to the District as set forth in the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit A, as directed and approved by the District.

Key personnel and subconsultants/contractors shall not be assigned to or removed from the Project by Firm without the prior written approval of the District. Both parties agree that replacement of key personnel and subconsultants/contractors must be with equal or more qualified persons and must be approved by the District before a new member works on the Project.
