Common use of Engagement of Operator Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Operator. Owner hereby engages Operator to act as an independent contractor, and appoints Operator as its agent with full power and authority, to perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Operator hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to provide or cause to be provided the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions, and subject to the limitations, set forth in this Agreement.

Engagement of Operator. Operator hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to provide or cause to be provided the Services perform such services, all in accordance with the terms and conditions, conditions and subject to the limitations, limitations set forth in this Agreement.
