Client agrees to limit the audience to no more than the legal number permitted at the place the Service is to be performed. Client may not broadcast, videotape, audiotape or otherwise record or reproduce all or any portion of the presentation including any associated materials that are handed out or provided as a part of the presentation, by any means for any purpose without prior written permission from Xxxxx.

  • Engagement of Services Company may issue Project Assignments to Contractor in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (Project Assignment). A Project Assignment will become binding when both parties have signed it and once signed, Contractor will be obligated to provide the services as specified in such Project Assignment.   • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.
