ENGINEER INSTRUCTORS. (1) Engineer Instructors training Locomotive Engineer trainees or providing familiarization shall receive the monetary equivalent of two hours pay per tour of duty at the class of service being performed. (2) Upon completion of the tour of duty, Instructors are required to complete and submit evaluation forms to the appropriate Company officer as required.
