Common use of Engines and Significant Parts Clause in Contracts

Engines and Significant Parts. Other than as a result of any act or omission of the Lessee or any Sub-lessee, title to any Engine or Significant Part ceases to vest in the Lessor (other than in the case of an Engine, as a result of a Total Loss of that Engine) and such Engine or Significant Part has not been replaced by a Replacement Engine or a Replacement Part, as the case may be.
