English Language; Governing Law. This Agreement has been prepared in the English language and the English language shall control its interpretation. All information to be provided by the parties to each other shall be in English, and Selfcare shall be responsible for all necessary translation. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California as applied to agreements executed and performed entirely in California by California residents.
