Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

Availability Control Personal Data will be protected against accidental or unauthorized destruction or loss. Measures: • SAP employs regular backup processes to provide restoration of business-critical systems as and when necessary. • SAP uses uninterrupted power supplies (for example: UPS, batteries, generators, etc.) to protect power availability to the Data Centers. • SAP has defined business contingency plans for business-critical processes and may offer disaster recovery strategies for business critical Services as further set out in the Documentation or incorporated into the Order Form for the relevant Cloud Service. • Emergency processes and systems are regularly tested.
Financial Management Services Definition: Financial Management Services includes the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling of the monetary resources of an organization. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Financial Management Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:
Control of Joint Accounts Any owner is authorized and deemed to act for any other owner(s) and may instruct us regarding transactions and other account matters. Each owner guarantees the signature or authenticated request of any other owner(s). Any owner may withdraw or transfer funds, pledge to us all or any part of the shares, or stop payment on items without the consent of the other owner(s). We have no duty to notify any owner(s) about any transaction. We reserve the right to require written consent of all owners for any change to or termination of an account. If we receive written notice of a dispute between owners or inconsistent instructions from them, we may suspend or terminate the account and require a court order or written consent from all owners in order to act.
Parent and Eligible Student Access Education Law Section 2-d and FERPA provide Parents and Eligible Students the right to inspect and review their child's or the Eligible Student’s Student Data stored or maintained by the EA. To the extent Student Data is held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall respond within thirty (30) calendar days to the EA's requests for access to Student Data so the EA can facilitate such review by a Parent or Eligible Student, and facilitate corrections, as necessary. If a Parent or Eligible Student contacts Contractor directly to review any of the Student Data held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall promptly notify the EA and refer the Parent or Eligible Student to the EA.
Investment of Account Assets a. All contributions to the custodial account shall be invested in the shares of the Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or, if available, any other series of Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or other regulated investment companies for which Provident Trust Company serves as Investment Advisor or designates as being eligible for investment. Shares of stock of an Investment Company shall be referred to as “Investment Company Shares”. To the extent that two or more funds are available for investment, contributions shall be invested in accordance with the depositor’s investment election.
