Discretionary Investment Management Services FeeThe fees for your Discretionary Investment Management Service (“DIMS”) Account vary depending on the size of your Discretionary Portfolio and will be detailed in the agreed Investment Mandate.
E.3.5 The Discretionary Investment Management Services are based upon our understanding of the current tax regime, which is subject to change.
E.1.3 Paragraphs E.1 – E.14 of these Specific Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of the Discretionary Investment Management Services.
If, as a result of the periodic assessment we undertake we consider that you need new advice as part of our Discretionary Investment Management Services then we will communicate this to you via the usual channels for communication agreed between us.
D.3.10 If you are a client of the Discretionary Investment Management Services and you elect to have your assets held in custody offshore (“Offshore Custody”) your investments will be held by a single offshore custodian appointed by us.
Specifically, we offer (1) Discretionary Investment Management Services, (2) Non-Discretionary Investment Advisory Services, and/or (3) Retirement Plan Fiduciary Services to employer-sponsored retirement plans and their participants in either an ERISA 3(38) fiduciary or ERISA 3(21) co-fiduciary capacity.
E.1.2 For each of our Discretionary Investment Management Services, the Client Agreement shall comprise these Terms and Conditions and: (i) For clients of the Bespoke Discretionary Management Service, the Application Form and Fees and Charges Schedule; (ii) For clients of the Discretionary Management Service and Managed Portfolio Service, the relevant Application Form and Fees and Charges Schedule; and (iii) For clients of CITS, the Brochure, Application Form and Fees and Charges Schedule.
The services that we provide to the provider of your selected Wrapper Investment are Discretionary Investment Management Services, and not Execution Only services.
Where you invest via a Wrapper Investment, we will provide our Discretionary Investment Management Services to the provider of your selected Wrapper Investment (in the case of a SIPP, this will be the trustee) in accordance with the terms and conditions separately agreed between us and your provider (the “Wrapper Provider Agreement”).
Subject to us exercising our discretion in line with your investment objectives and the restrictions we have agreed with you we may provide Discretionary Investment Management Services in relation to the investments listed in Clause 2.6.1 below.
