Enrollee Assignment. All eligible children and youth will be enrolled in a single contracted MCO. Enrollees may choose to remain in fee-for-service (FFS) as their alternative delivery system option under this contract. For SNS, the MCO shall have administrative responsibilities for all enrollees eligible for services, independent of their enrollment status with the MCO for Medicaid-covered services.
