Common use of Enrollment and Marketing Coordination and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Enrollment and Marketing Coordination and Cooperation. The Exchange recognizes that the successful delivery of services to Enrollees depends on successful coordination with Contractor in all aspects including collaborative enrollment and marketing. The Exchange will take such action as it deems necessary and feasible to develop and implement programs and activities to support Contractor in its marketing and enrollment efforts, in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Such activities may include making available the following programs and resources for use by Contractor:
