Enrollment Limitation During Demonstration Phase-Out. If the State elects to suspend, terminate, or not renew this Demonstration as described in paragraph 9, during the last 6 months of the Demonstration, individuals who would not be eligible for Medicaid under the current Medicaid State plan must not be enrolled unless the Demonstration is extended by CMS. Enrollment must be suspended if CMS notifies the State in writing that the Demonstration will not be renewed.
