If the State elects to suspend, terminate, or not renew this Demonstration as described in paragraph 9, during the last 6 months of the Demonstration, individuals who would not be eligible for Medicaid under the current Medicaid State plan must not be enrolled unless the Demonstration is extended by CMS.
