Enrollment of Spouse/Domestic Partner. 5 Employee may enroll spouse or domestic partner in 6 County medical and dental plans upon completion of the County’s Affidavit of 7 Marriage or Domestic Partnership and applicable enrollment forms. Enrollment 8 times and other procedures for administration of the medical and dental benefit 9 plans shall be applied to employees with domestic partners in the same manner 10 as to married employees to the extent allowed by the law.
