Enrollment of Spouse/Domestic Partner. 2 An employee may enroll a spouse or domestic partner in 3 County medical and dental plans upon completion of the County’s Affidavit of 4 Marriage or Domestic Partnership adding them during the benefit enrollment process.

Enrollment of Spouse/Domestic Partner. 2 An employee Employee may enroll a spouse or domestic partner in County 3 County medical and dental plans upon completion of the County’s Affidavit of 4 Marriage or Domestic 4 Partnership adding to add them during the benefit enrollment process. Enrollment times and other 5 procedures for administration of the medical/vision and dental insurance plans shall be 6 applied to employees with domestic partners in the same manner as to married employees 7 to the extent allowed by the law. Spouse or domestic partner must be enrolled in the same 8 plan as the employee.
