Common use of Enrollment Period Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Period. The Enrollment Period for your Loyalty Program tier will last for 12 months or until you accept an invitation to enroll in a higher tier, whichever is sooner. The Enrollment Period will begin on the following day after the day in which you pay the applicable Annual Fee or, if you were previously enrolled in the same tier, the following day after the day in which you renew your enrollment in that tier.
