Enrollment Reconciliation. The Contractor shall reconcile each Member payment identified in a HIPAA 820 transaction with information contained in the HIPAA 834 transaction. The Contractor shall submit all requested corrections to the Department within forty- five (45) days of receipt of HIPAA 820 transaction. Adjustments shall be made to the next HIPAA 820 transaction and/or next available HIPAA 834 transactions to reflect corrections.
