Common use of Enrolment by Clause in Contracts

Enrolment by. (a) Regular Full-time Employees; (b) Regular Part-time Employees, whose regularly scheduled hours of work are at least fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule. Shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.

Enrolment by. (a) Regular Full-time Time Employees; (b) Regular Part-time Employees, Time Employees whose regularly scheduled regular hours of work are at least fifteen (15) or more hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule. Shall ; and (c) Temporary Employees after six (6) months of continuous service and whose hours of work are fifteen (15) or more hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule; shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.

Enrolment by. (a) Regular Full-time Time Employees; (b) Regular Part-time Employees, whose regularly scheduled regular hours of work are at least exceed fifteen point five (1515.5) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of (c) Temporary Employees after six (6) months of continuous service and whose hours of work exceed fifteen point five (15.5) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule. Shall schedule shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.

Shall schedule shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.
