All other representations, arrangements, understandings and agreements, whether written or oral (if any), of or for service between you and the Company (and any Group Company) are hereby abrogated and superseded.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. 23.1 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and undertakings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. However the obligations of the parties under any pre-existing non-disclosure agreement shall remain in full force and effect in so far as there is no conflict between the same. The parties confirm that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. 14.1 Each Party on behalf of itself acknowledges and agrees with the other Party that: (a) this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between them relating to the engagement (which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent); (b) in entering into this Agreement neither of the Parties has relied on any undertaking, promise, assurance, statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether in writing or not) of any person (whether party to this Agreement or not) relating to the Engagement other than as expressly set out in this Agreement (a “Pre-Contractual Statement”); and Nothing in this Agreement shall, however, limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
