Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This contract supersedes and cancels all other previous agreements, verbal or written including those which may have been adopted by the Board of Administrative Handbook, between the Board and the School Corporation and the Association and employees of the School Corporation and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendment or agreement supplemental here to shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This contract Agreement supersedes and cancels all other previous agreements, whether verbal or written including those which may have been adopted by the Board of Administrative Handbookwritten, between the Board and the School Corporation and the Association and employees Association, as well as any alleged past practice of the School Corporation and Corporation. This contract constitutes the entire agreement full and complete understanding and commitment between the parties. Any amendment parties hereto which may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or agreement supplemental here to shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of the parties in an amendment hereto.
