ENTIRE AGREEMENT CLAUSE. This contract supersedes and cancels all other previous agreements, verbal or written including those which may have been adopted by the Board of Administrative Handbook, between the Board and the School Corporation and the Association and employees of the School Corporation and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendment or agreement supplemental here to shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto.
