MEETING OF MUTUAL CONCERNS. Upon written request from either party, representatives of the Board, Superintendent and Central Administration, will schedule a meeting with an Executive Committee of the P.C.A. The purpose of any such meeting shall be informational and to discuss proper matters of mutual concern which relate to the administration of this Agreement. At least five (5) days prior to any such meeting, each committee will submit to each other a written agenda outlining the subjects proposed for discussion. The meeting shall not supplant any of the provisions and requirements of the parties as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement.
