Entire Service Agreement. This service agreement, including the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and exclusions, and the information identifying the covered Products and Services and Your monthly charge shown on the letter accompanying this service agreement, constitutes the entire agreement. Entire Service Agreement. This service agreement contains the agreement of the parties involved. There are currently no other promises or conditions in any other agreement, whether oral or written, other than those quoted on invoices or estimates.
Entire Service Agreement. Entire Service Agreement. This document provided by Revcord shall contain the entire Service Agreement between the parties. This Service Agreement may not be modified except by written amendment signed by an authorized representative of each party. Any provisions of this Agreement that conflict with the Terms And Conditions Of Sale shall be superseded by those terms and conditions.
Entire Service Agreement. This writing is intended by the parties as the final and binding expression of their agreement and is a complete and exclusive statement of the terms. This writing supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. This Service Agreement is intended by the parties to co-exist with the terms of the Vendor Agreement. Whenever necessary or proper, the singular imports the plural or vice versa, and masculine, feminine and neuter expressions are interchangeable.
Entire Service Agreement. This Service Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement about understanding between ROI and the Company and supersedes any and all other agreements between the parties. No representation or promise, either oral or written, has been made except as specifically set forth herein. Should any part of this Service Agreement be declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement without herein including any portion, which may hereafter be declared invalid.
