Common use of Entire Understanding / Modifications Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding / Modifications. The Agreement along with its Schedules and Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. It supersedes all prior understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of the court/tribunal, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties. In the event the Parties fail to mutually agree upon such amendment, the Broadcaster shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without any further obligation towards the Operator.
