ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION. This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein granted and the obligations herein assumed. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations, or representations not expressly set forth in this Agreement are of no force of effect. Any oral representations or modifications concerning this Agreement shall be of no force or effect, excepting a subsequent modification in writing signed by the party to be charged and expressly approved by an authorized representative of such party. No official, representative, employee, or agent of Comal County has any authority to modify or amend this Agreement except pursuant to specific authority to do so granted by the Comal County Commissioners Court.

  • Entire Agreement and Modification This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes (along with the documents referred to in this Agreement) a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
