FENCING AND SIGNAGE. Licensee may, with the advance approval of the Director, erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the staging area indicating that the use of the staging area is restricted to the Licensee during the term of this Agreement.
FENCING AND SIGNAGE. Licensee may, with the advance approval of the Director, erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the primary staging area indicating that the use of the primary staging area is restricted to the Licensee during the term of this Agreement. Licensee may, with the required seven (7) calendar day advance notification and approval of the Director, erect fencing and post signage at the entry to the secondary staging on the first day of the allocated ten (10) business days required for use of the secondary staging area.
FENCING AND SIGNAGE. The plant property lines shall be identified with appropriate signage and fence. Security fencing shall be provided around the entire Facility area with separate security fencing around the entire switchyard. Site perimeter fencing shall be 6-foot‑high chain link topped by an extension arm holding three strands of barbed wire at 45 facing out. (Fencing shall have pipe line posts at maximum 10'‑0" centers, and a top and bottom tension wire.) The chain link fence, holding three strands of barbed wire, shall be recessed 1'‑0" minimum inside the property line. All posts, rails, fabric, wire, and gates shall be galvanized. Interior road gates and secondary plant access gates shall be 6-foot high by 25-foot wide manually operated double swing gates. A secondary gate with lock shall be provided. The secondary gate location shall be reviewed and accepted by the Purchaser. The fencing shall be grounded. The gate across the main access road to the Facility shall be a motor-operated slide gate designed for use as a gate for an industrial facility. Gate shall be designed to be operated both from the control room and locally using a card reader. A permanent goose-neck-mounted card reader, standard-mounted lighting fixture, an intercom, and a fixed camera for viewing persons using the card reader/intercom shall be provided at the main gate. A gatehouse sufficient for two people with HVAC and communications (video to plant security systems and phone line) shall be provided. The storm water pond shall be isolated and locked separately, if required by local building officials. The switchyard fencing shall be 8 feet high and shall be considered independent of the Facility. The gates entering the switchyard shall be manually operated gates. Fencing layout, including gates, shall be shown on the design drawings. The fence shall be grounded to limit step potentials below the permissible touch levels of IEEE 80. Rights-of-way shall be marked as required by code and law.

FENCING AND SIGNAGE. ProjectCo shall erect permanent security fencing and gates to the full perimeter of the development site as described in section 1.7 of the Department's Requirements. The security fencing shall be appropriate to the hostile marine environment and integral with the overall landscape management plan referred to in Section 3.1.11. At the time of erection of the permanent fence the temporary demarcation fence described in section 1.7 shall be removed. ProjectCo shall install a comprehensive package of site signage conveying a co-ordinated corporate image within and approaching the Site. The Department's Representative shall approve such site signage prior to ProjectCo's fabrication.

  • PACKING AND MARKING Seller shall package all Goods shipped under this Order in accordance with the requirements in this Order, or, if requirements are not specified, in accordance with standard commercial practices customary for similar shipments. When shipping any Goods that are food or food packaging, Seller will ship the Goods under sanitary conditions using carriers suitable for the transport of such Goods that will not render the Goods contaminated with filth, injurious to health, or otherwise adulterated (e.g., carriers that have not been used to transport garbage, waste or other refuse). In each master carton or container in which Goods are shipped, Seller shall include a certificate of analysis, bill of lading, and packing list indicating this Order number, description, quantity, HSY item numbers, and other identifying information corresponding to the information in this Order. Seller shall clearly mark all packages in accordance with all applicable laws and shall label each unit of the Goods with the country of origin, weight, and name of manufacturer. Seller shall ensure that a receiving document/proof-of-delivery is issued to HSY for any shipment made to a third party location. All costs, fines or penalties incurred or assessed due to improper packing or marking will be Seller’s responsibility, and if paid by HSY, will be deducted from amounts owed to Seller. Seller will notify HSY of the number of packages, size, weight, method of protection during shipment and method of storage and protection upon arrival at destination.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.
