Entitlement - 12 Month Employees. At the beginning of each fiscal year a twelve month employee hired prior to September 1, 2011 who has completed at least one full year of employment shall receive eighteen (18) days for sick leave, employees hired after August 31, 2011 shall receive fifteen (15) days of sick leave, which shall be added to the individual's sick leave accumulation.
