Entitlement After Calendar Year Of Hire. On the first day of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the probation period is completed, and each calendar year thereafter, an eligible Employee shall be entitled to a maximum of five (5) additional days of paid sick leave for each completed calendar year of service.
