Common use of Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury Clause in Contracts

Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury. (a) A full-time or part-time team member is entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 6.4.5) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted or sustained a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life.

Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury. (a) A full21.3.1 Full-time or time, part-time and casual team member is members are entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid of compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 6.4.519.1) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted or sustained a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life. Team members may access this entitlement for each occasion of serious illness/injury.

(a) 28.2.1 A full-full time or part-part time team member is entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 6.4.528.1.2) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted or sustained a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life.

(a) A full-full time or part-part time team member is entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid days compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts days of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 6.4.54.6.5) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted contracts or sustained sustains a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life. Team members may access this entitlement for each occasion of serious illness/injury.

Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury. (a) 13.2.1 A full-time or part-time team member is entitled to a period of 2 two (2) shifts of paid compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 6.4.512.5) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted or sustained a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life.
