Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury. 28.2.1 A full time or part time team member is entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 28.1.2) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted or sustained a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life. 28.2.2 Team members may access this entitlement for each occasion of serious illness/injury. 28.2.3 Compassionate leave taken pursuant to clause 28.2.1 can be taken at any time while the illness of injury persists.

Team members may access this entitlement for each occasion of serious illness/injury. 28.2.3 21.3.2 Compassionate leave taken pursuant to clause 28.2.1 subclause 21.2.1 can be taken at any time while the illness of or injury persists.

Entitlement Due to Serious Illness/Injury. 28.2.1 (a) A full time or part time team member is entitled to a period of 2 shifts paid days compassionate leave (either as a continuous period or as single shifts days of leave) for the purposes of spending time with a member of the team member’s immediate family (as defined in clause 28.1.24.6.5) or a member of the team member’s household who has contracted contracts or sustained sustains a personal illness/injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life. 28.2.2 . Team members may access this entitlement for each occasion of serious illness/injury. 28.2.3 (b) Compassionate leave taken pursuant to clause 28.2.1 4.2.2 can be taken at any time while the illness of or injury persists.
