Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.
Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
Bathrooms Record the number of bathrooms found on the concerned premises. (7) Common Areas. Furnish the number of common or communal areas available to the Roommates on the premises. Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.
Building Codes The following Building Codes, in the latest editions approved by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, shall be used. (See O.C.G.A. §8-2-20.) The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
