Entries to Files. Any formal entry to an employee's personnel file that is of a disciplinary nature, meaning any form of misconduct that would warrant a letter being placed on the personnel file that could lead to further disciplinary action up to and including suspension or dismissal, shall not be placed on the employee's personnel file before the Employer provides a copy to the employee and the Union representative.
