Common use of Entry Denial Clause in Contracts

Entry Denial. A Passenger who is denied entry to a territory by the authorities shall pay THE CARRIER for all related expenses or fines imposed on THE CARRIER. The cost of the ticket paid by the Passenger to travel to such country, as well as any expenses incurred by the Passenger during said trip are not refundable.
