ENTRY INTO FORCE AND IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 Subject to the conditions laid down in article 9 of the General Conditions, the agreement shall enter into force on the date of reception by the Commission of one of the originals of the grant agreement duly signed by both Parties.
