Entry into force and duration of the agreement 1. Each Contracting Party shall notify the other Contracting Party of the completion of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the last of the two notifications.
ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT Each of the Contracting Parties shall notify the other of the fulfillment of the constitutional requirements necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date of receiving the last notification.

Acceptance of Trusts and Duties The Owner Trustee accepts the trusts hereby created and agrees to perform its duties hereunder with respect to such trusts, but only upon the terms of this Agreement. The Owner Trustee also agrees to disburse all moneys actually received by it constituting part of the Trust Estate upon the terms of this Agreement. The Owner Trustee shall not be answerable or accountable hereunder or under any Basic Document under any circumstances, except (i) for its own willful misconduct or negligence or (ii) in the case of the inaccuracy of any representation or warranty contained in Section 7.03 expressly made by the Owner Trustee. ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF MOBILITY 2.1 The agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs.
Entry into force and duration 1. This Agreement shall enter into force one month after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification by the Contracting Parties. The Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten years. Unless notice of termination is given by either Contracting Party at least six months before the expiry of its period of validity, this Agreement shall be tacitly extended each time for a further period of ten years, it being understood that each Contracting Party reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notification given at least six months before the date of expiry of the current period of validity.
COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT The District and the Union agree that this contract is complete. There shall be no additions to or deletions from the content of any Articles and there shall be no Articles added except by mutual agreement by the Board and the Union. In addition, there shall be no further negotiations on any matter that is within or comes within the scope of representation for the duration of the contract except by mutual agreement.
