ENUMERATION OF EMPLOYER BENEFITS. This Subsection lists, for information purposes, the available types of benefit programs to be offered as of the effective date of this Agreement. The eligibility, coverage and other details of each plan or replacement plan, if any, during the life of this Agreement, are and will be as contained in the applicable Plan Documents, which will control should there be any conflict with this Subsection.
