Common use of Environmental Clearances Clause in Contracts

Environmental Clearances. The Allottee(s) is/are made aware that the promoter may be required to obtain new/revised/amended environmental clearances from time to time during the course of the construction of the said Project and the Allottee(s) hereby giving his/her/their/its irrevocable consent and/or permission to the Promoter for applying and obtaining such new/revised/amended Environmental Clearance Certificate in this regard.
