Environmental Impact Statements - Other Agencies. Files containing reviews and comments furnished by DOT&PF to other Federal agencies following reviews of an EIS for which another Federal agency is the lead agency shall be maintained by DOT&PF for a period of 5 years. After 5 years, DOT&PF may destroy these files when no longer needed.
