Purpose of Memorandum of Understanding. It is the purpose of this MOU to:
A. Establish the Principles and General Understanding between the parties regarding their cooperative relationship to establish the goals set forth above; and,
B. Identify mutually beneficial funding sources to help accomplish the rehabilitation and enhancement of the performing arts, visitor, and events facilities within the CYTown Development Area; and,
C. Develop a framework to resolve issues that may arise between the Parties pertaining to taxability and other legal provisions that may jointly impact ISU and the City.
Purpose of Memorandum of Understanding. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) spells out the agreed upon duties and responsibilities of the City of Pueblo (“City”), the County of Pueblo (“County”) and NRCP, regarding a ballot issue to be placed before Pueblo County voters as part of the November 5, 2013 election seeking an increase in the Pueblo County sales tax to fund six (6) entities, which operate public facilities, including NRCP.

Purpose of Memorandum of Understanding. The initial Terms of Reference (see Annex A), which the Executive agreed on 11th March 2021, indicated that arrangements will be put in place to ensure the timely sharing of information. Therefore, close working will be essential to facilitate that.
Purpose of Memorandum of Understanding. 2.1 The purpose of this MOU is to establish the parameters for the user of the KDOR Electronic Lien Filing and Release program, herein after referred to as Xxxxx, the Business Partner and KDOR. The State of California enacted the Charter Schools Act of 1992 (hereinafter "The Act") authorizing the formation of charter schools with the intent that the schools improve student learning through a variety of means, including increased learning opportunities, innovative teaching methods, performance-based accountability, and expanded choice for parents within the public school system. The Act authorizes the County Board to grant charter petitions under specified circumstances.
1.2. The County Board has approved a [optional: countywide benefit] charter [optional: renewal] petition (hereinafter “the Charter”) for Non-Profit for the operation of [charter school name] (hereinafter “the Charter School”). Unless otherwise stated, for the purposes of this MOU, the terms Charter School and Non-Profit may be used interchangeably, with the duties and responsibilities of the Charter School and Non-Profit being the same under this Agreement.
