Environmentally Hazardous Material Sample Clauses

Environmentally Hazardous Material. The City hereby acknowledges that SBBC prohibits at any time the storage of environmentally hazardous materials on SBBC’s property. The City agrees not to store any environmentally hazardous materials on SBBC’s property and understands that a violation of this stipulation will result in SBBC’s immediate termination of this Agreement and the City shall restore and return the property to the same condition that it was in on the date hereof, less any improvements.

Environmentally Hazardous Material. Grantee hereby acknowledges that Grantor prohibits the storage or leakage of Environmentally Hazardous material on Grantor’s property at any and all times. Grantee agrees not to store or leak any Environmentally Hazardous materials on Grantor’s property and understands that violation of this stipulation will result in Grantor’s immediate termination of this Agreement and Grantee will restore and return the property to the same condition that it was in on the date hereof.

  • No Hazardous Materials (A) have been disposed of or otherwise released from any Real Property of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in violation of any Environmental Laws; or
