Equal Employment Opportunity/Labor Laws. In connection with the carrying out of the Project, Grantee shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, age, creed, color, sex or national origin. Grantee will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, age, creed, color, sex, or national origin. In addition, Grantee shall comply with all other applicable labor and employment laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, wage and hour and workplace safety laws and regulations
