Common use of Equal Employment Clause in Contracts

Equal Employment. Homestead agrees that there shall be no discrimination against any person who is employed in carrying out the Project, or against any applicant for such employment, because of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin, or any other discrimination prohibited by Urbana law, including but not limited to employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. Homestead further agrees to the following.
