Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination. a. The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and its AmeriCorps program and services are available to all, without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, political affiliation, marital or parental status, genetic information and military service. b. Any person who believes that they have been discriminated against in violation of civil rights laws, regulations, or the CNCS Civil Rights Policy or in retaliation for opposition to discrimination or participation in discrimination complaint proceedings (e.g., as a complainant or witness) in any CNCS program or project, may raise their concerns with the CNCS Equal Opportunity Program (EOP).
