Non-Discrimination Ordinance Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, gender expression, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the solicitation, selection, hiring or treatment of subcontractors, vendors or suppliers. Contractor shall provide equal opportunity for subcontractors to participate in subcontracting opportunities. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, or other sanctions. Contractor shall ensure that this language is included in contracts between Contractor and any subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Provider represents and agrees that it does not and shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, or national origin.
COMPLIANCE WITH EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ORDINANCE 2.16.1 Contractor shall comply with City’s Equal Employment Opportunity Ordinance as set out in in Section 15-17 of the Code of Ordinances.
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO A. The provisions of Article 15-A of the Executive Law and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to equal employment opportunities for minority group members and women shall apply to all Contractors, and any subcontractors, awarded a subcontract over $25,000 for labor, services, including legal, financial and other professional services, travel, supplies, equipment, materials, or any combination of the foregoing, to be performed for, or rendered or furnished to, the contracting State agency (the “Work”) except where the Work is for the beneficial use of the Contractor.
Equal Benefits This provision applies to all contracts valued at $50,000 or above, including amendments. The Consultant shall comply with SMC Ch. 20.45 and Equal Benefit Program Rules, which require the Consultant to provide the same or equivalent benefits (“equal benefits”) to domestic partners of employees as the Consultant provides to spouses of employees. At the City’s request, the Consultant shall provide information and verification of the Consultant’s compliance. Any violation of this Section is material breach, for which the City may exercise enforcement actions or remedies defined in SMC Chapter 20.45.
Notification of Reemployment Opening 1. Any employee who is laid off and is subsequently eligible for reemployment shall be notified in writing by the District. Such notice shall be sent, with a “Proof of Service by Mail” form, to the last address given the District by the employee.
Minimum Compensation Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12P applies to this contract, Contractor shall pay covered employees no less than the minimum compensation required by San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P, including a minimum hourly gross compensation, compensated time off, and uncompensated time off. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12P. Information about and the text of the Chapter 12P is available on the web at xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/olse/mco. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12P, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. By signing and executing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that it complies with Chapter 12P.
Equal Benefits Ordinance Unless an exception applies, Design Professional shall comply with the Equal Benefits Ordinance (EBO) codified in the San Diego Municipal Code (§22.4304(f)). Failure to maintain equal benefits is a material breach of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Design Professional certifies that Design Professional is aware of, and will comply with, this City-mandated clause throughout the duration of the Agreement.

The Parties specifically agree that they will comply with Section 188 of the WIOA Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity Regulations (29 CFR Part 38; Final Rule December 2, 2016), the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.), the Non-traditional Employment for Women Act of 1991, titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights of 1964, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Age Discrimination Act of 1967, as amended, title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, and with all applicable requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations implementing those laws, including but not limited to 29 CFR Part 37 and 38.
