Common use of Equal Security Clause in Contracts

Equal Security. In consideration of the acceptance of the Bonds by the Bondholders thereof, this Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a contract among the Authority, the Trustee and the Bondholders from time to time of all Bonds authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder and then Outstanding to secure the full, timely and final payment of the interest on and principal of and redemption premiums, if any, on all Bonds which may from time to time be authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder, subject to the agreements, conditions, covenants and provisions contained herein; and all agreements and covenants set forth herein to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority shall be for the equal and proportionate benefit, protection and security of all Bondholders of the Bonds without distinction, preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Bonds over any other Bonds by reason of the number or date thereof or the time of authorization, sale, execution, issuance or delivery thereof or for any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein or therein.
