Common use of Equal Security Clause in Contracts

Equal Security. In consideration of the acceptance of the Bonds by the Owners thereof, the Indenture shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a contract among the Authority, the City, the Trustee and the Owners from time to time of all Bonds authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder and then Outstanding to secure the full and final payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on all Bonds which may from time to time be authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder, subject to the agreements, conditions, covenants and provisions contained herein; and all agreements and covenants set forth herein to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority or the City shall be for the equal and proportionate benefit, protection and security of all Owners of the Bonds without distinction, preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Bonds over any other Bonds by reason of the number or date thereof or the time of authorization, sale, execution, issuance or delivery thereof or for any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein or therein.

Equal Security. In consideration of the acceptance of the Bonds by the Owners Holders thereof, the Indenture Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a contract among the Authority, the City, the Trustee and the Owners Holders from time to time of all Bonds authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder and then Outstanding to secure the full and final payment of the interest on and principal of, premiumof and redemption premiums, if any, and interest on all Bonds which may from time to time be authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder, subject to the agreements, conditions, covenants and provisions contained herein; and all agreements and covenants set forth herein to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority or the City shall be for the equal and proportionate benefit, protection and security of all Owners Holders of the Bonds without distinction, preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Bonds over any other Bonds by reason of the number or date thereof or the time of authorization, sale, execution, issuance or delivery thereof or for any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein or therein.

In consideration of the acceptance of the Bonds by the Owners Holders thereof, the Indenture this Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a contract among between the Authority, the City, the Trustee Authority and the Owners Holders from time to time of all Bonds authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder and then Outstanding to secure the full and final payment of the interest on and principal of, premiumof and redemption premiums, if any, and interest on all Bonds which may from time to time be authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder, subject to the agreements, conditions, covenants and provisions contained herein; and all agreements and covenants set forth herein to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority or the City shall be for the equal and proportionate benefit, protection and security of all Owners Holders of the Bonds without distinction, preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Bonds over any other Bonds by reason of the number or date thereof or the time of authorization, sale, execution, issuance or delivery thereof or for any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein or therein.

Equal Security. In consideration of the acceptance of the Bonds Obligations by the Owners thereofHolder, the Indenture this Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be and shall constitute a contract among the Authority, the City, the Trustee and the Owners Holder from time to time of all Bonds Obligations authorized, executed, issued executed and delivered hereunder and then Outstanding to secure the full full, timely and final payment of the interest on and principal of, premiumof and Prepayment premiums, if any, and interest on all Bonds Obligations which may from time to time be authorized, executed, issued executed and delivered hereunder, subject to the agreements, conditions, covenants and provisions contained herein; and all agreements and covenants set forth herein to be performed by or on behalf of the Authority or the City shall be for the equal and proportionate benefit, protection and security of all Owners the Holders of the Bonds Obligations without distinction, preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Bonds Obligations over any other Bonds Obligations by reason of the number or date thereof or the time of authorization, sale, execution, issuance or delivery thereof or for any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein or therein.
