Equipment Charge. Tenant shall pay to Port an equipment charge of twelve cents ($.12) per kilowatt hour of all electricity used by the Shoreside Power System (“Equipment Charge”). The electricity used by the Shoreside Power System shall be supplied by SFPUC to Tenant and will be billed directly to Tenant by SFPUC as a charge separate and additional to the Equipment Charge. SFPUC shall report the actual amount of electricity used by the Shoreside Power System for the previous month on Tenant’s monthly electricity xxxx. Tenant shall pay to Port on a quarterly basis within thirty (30) days after the expiration of each Calendar Quarter, the applicable Equipment Charge for the prior Calendar Quarter’s electricity usage by the Shoreside Power System.

  • Late Payment Charge If any principal, interest or any other sums due under the Loan Documents (including the amounts due on the Maturity Date) are not paid by Borrower on or prior to the date on which it is due, Borrower shall pay to Lender upon demand an amount equal to the lesser of five percent (5%) of such unpaid sum or the Maximum Legal Rate in order to defray the expense incurred by Lender in handling and processing such delinquent payment and to compensate Lender for the loss of the use of such delinquent payment. Any such amount shall be secured by the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Access Charges 88.1 CenturyLink retains all revenue due from other carriers for access to CenturyLink’s facilities, including both switched and special access charges. CenturyLink retains all Switched Access Service revenues when providing Switched Access Services for CLEC’s retail End Users served via resale. When CLEC resells special access to its End Users, CenturyLink is not entitled to any special access revenues from CLEC’s End Users.
