EQUIPMENT DISPOSAL AND DECOMMISSIONING a) Subject to Section 10(b), the Participant will take all necessary steps to have equipment that was removed or replaced as part of any Project disposed of or decommissioned in accordance with appropriate disposal or decommissioning processes, applicable laws, and in accordance with commercially reasonable environmental practices and shall evidence such activities by appropriate disposal certificates or similar documentation.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing:

  • Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment.   • Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.

  • Subprojects 1. The Borrower shall make Grants to Beneficiaries for Subprojects in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Bank as further detailed in the Project Operational Manual, including approval procedures to be followed by the Microcatchment Development Committee.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
