EQUIPMENT HIRE. 3.1. Tardis shall hire the Equipment to the Customer for use at the Site subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. 3.2. Tardis shall not, other than in the exercise of its rights under this agreement or applicable law, interfere with the Customer's quiet possession of the Equipment where the Equipment remains on the Site. We can only remove wet waste, if sanitary products are placed into the toilet, this may cause additional charges for waste to be removed, we recommend for long term use, sanitary bins provided.
